Nikki Dryden is a freestyle and backstroke swimmer from Canada. She competed in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona and the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Nikki now lives in NYC and works as a Human Rights Lawyer and is involved with Right to Play and SwimLanka.
In February 2008, Team Darfur swimmers Nikki Dryden and Shannon Shakespeare spoke at a rally outside the Chinese mission to the UN, asking China to lead the world in helping the people of Darfur. Simultaneously, Team Darfur president Joey Cheek spoke alongside members of Congress at a press conference on Capitol Hill.
