Ajoke Odumosu was born in Nigeria. She currently plays for the Univeristy of South Carolina's Jaguar Track and Field team. She was the 2005 women's cross country team co-captain at South Carolina. She was NCAA National Champion finalist in 2006. She also won the 2006 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor/Indoor Double competition.

Ajoke recently won a Silver Medal with the Nigerian 4x400m relay and place fifth in the 400m hurdles at the World Junior Championships in Beijing. She will be competing in the 2008 Summer Olympics.
