Damir is a breaststroke swimmer from Slovenia who recently competed in the 2008 Olympics. Damir attends Cal where he is on the swim team.

Carmen Horvat [5]

Carmen Horvat is a gymnast from Slovenia. At the 2006 Glasgow Grand Prix, Carmen placed 11th in the Women's Vault and 15th place in the Balance Beam.

 

Jernej Godec [7]

Jernej is a Slovenian freestyle and butterfly swimmer who has competed in numerous world and European Championship events.  Jernej currently holds Slovenian national records in 50m Freestyle (22,39) and 50m Butterfly (23,74). Jernej competed in the 2004 Athens Olympics and recently returned from his second Olympic Games in Beijing, China.

Jernej is now a student at Cal where he is majoring in molecular and cell biology.
