Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you read Team Darfur (teamdarfur.org). We keep the data we handle to a minimum, so it’s short.

What we collect

You can read the site without giving us any personal information. There are no user accounts and comments are turned off, so there’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to fill in to read an article. We do not ask for, and do not want, any information about your health.

If you email us at [email protected], we keep your message and address only as long as it takes to reply and to record any correction we made. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Logs, cookies and measurement

Like almost every website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running, secure and fast. We use caching to make pages load quickly, which may set a small technical cookie. We don’t sell your data.

Third parties and links

Some pages link out to other sites, and some may carry a sponsored link. Once you follow a link away from Team Darfur, that site has its own privacy policy, which we don’t control. Embedded content from other sites behaves as if you’d visited that site directly.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what correspondence of yours we hold and ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. If we change this policy, the current version will always be the one on this page.
